In Thailand you can find a full set of lash extensions for a few hundred baht, or for well over a thousand. Both prices are real. What changes is what you actually get, and how long it lasts.
This guide gives our full menu with prices, explains why prices vary so much between studios, and lists the questions worth asking before you book anywhere.
The short answer
Lash extensions in Chiang Mai range from a few hundred baht to well over a thousand. The price mostly depends on three things: handmade or pre-made fans, how long the artist spends on your set, and the artist's skill. At My Lash House, sets run from ฿590 (Classic 1:1) to ฿1,590 (Strip Lash), and our most booked style is Wispy Volume at ฿1,490. Every set uses 100% handmade fans, lower lashes are included at no extra charge, a 3-day retouch guarantee comes with every set, and Ying confirms the price before she starts.
Every price below is for a full set. No hidden fees.

Why do lash extension prices vary so much?
Most of the difference comes down to five things.
- Handmade vs pre-made fans. Pre-made fans come from a factory and go on fast, so the set takes less time. Handmade fans are made one at a time during your appointment, sized to each natural lash. They take longer, but the fans are lighter and fit your own lashes.
- Time. A careful full set takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A "full set" finished in 30 to 45 minutes usually means fewer lashes or pre-made clusters.
- Skill and qualifications. A trained artist isolates every lash so your natural lashes never stick together. That is about the health of your own lashes, not just looks. Ying holds Thailand's national Eyelash Technician Level 3 qualification from TPQI (see the certificate).
- Materials. Glue and lash fibers come in many grades. Our glue is fast-curing, so you can shower 2 hours after your appointment.
- What the price includes. Some studios charge extra for lower lashes, color, or fixes. At My Lash House, lower lashes are part of the set, and if lashes shed abnormally in the first 3 days because of the glue or the application, send us photos on Instagram and we retouch them free.
A few hundred baht vs over a thousand: what is the difference?
A low price is not always a bad sign. Some studios run opening promotions or offer lighter sets for first-timers. If a price looks very low, ask three questions before you book:
- Are the fans handmade or pre-made?
- How long does the set take?
- If lashes fall out early, will they fix it?
Lashes that need an early refill or a removal are not really cheap. Add those costs together and they can come to more than a good set would have cost in the first place.
How much should you spend on lash extensions?
Think in price per good-lash day, not price per appointment. A well-done set looks its best for 2 to 3 weeks before a refill. A set that sheds in the first week costs you more per day, however cheap it was.
Our menu by budget:
- Starter, ฿590 to ฿790: Classic 1:1 or Natural Look, great for first-timers and anyone who wants a natural result. See natural lash extensions.
- Mid-range, ฿990 to ฿1,190: Hybrid, Classic Volume, Light Volume or Mega Volume. Fuller, with more texture, and easy to wear to work.
- Full glam, ฿1,290 to ฿1,590: Wet Look, Russian Volume, Wispy Volume or Strip Lash. Sharp, fluffy and camera-ready. See wispy lash extensions and wet look lash extensions.
Refills and other costs to ask about before you book
Before booking any studio, ask about four things: the refill price, the removal fee, whether color lashes cost extra, and whether lower lashes cost extra. A studio that answers all four up front is unlikely to surprise you when you pay.
We recommend a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. Message us on LINE for the refill price; Ying gives the actual price at the start of every refill appointment. The full timeline is in how long do lash extensions last.
